Refunds

Ask within seven days of getting the file and you get your money back. No form, no reason required, one email.

The rule

If you bought a book and it is not what you wanted, write to [email protected] within seven days of receiving the file and we refund the full amount. You do not have to justify it. For a Rs 149 PDF, arguing with a parent is not worth anyone's evening.

Once refunded, please delete the file and stop printing from it.

If the file never arrived

If you paid and nothing reached you, that is our mistake, and the seven day window does not apply. Send the UPI reference number and we either send the file the same day or refund you in full.

How long the money takes

We start the refund the day we agree to it. A UPI refund usually shows up within two to three working days, depending on the banks involved. If a payment gateway was used, it follows the gateway's own timeline, which can run up to a week.

What is not refundable

• Requests after seven days, unless the file was never delivered.
• The cost of printing at a xerox shop, since that money went to the shop and not to us.
• Bulk or school licences, where the terms are agreed in writing before payment.

Reserved orders

Books listed as coming or being drawn take no payment, so there is nothing to refund. If you reserved a copy and change your mind, just tell us and the reservation goes away.
